Aluminium, Corten, and mild steel. Sheet (1mm~) to plate (20mm+). Pipe, extrusion, and flux core processes.
Machining & CNC
Experience as programmer operator of 3 & 5 axis CNC mills (Elutec, Bridgeport, Hartford). Hydraulic benders, punches, brake presses, lathes, and guillotines.
Engineering & CAD
AS1100 compliant drawings. Proficiency in Autodesk Fusion360, Inventor, AutoCAD, Solidworks, and EluCAD.
Plant Operation
15+ years LF Forklift (Class 1/3/4/8). Overhead bridge and jib crane operation. Experienced in load securing for transport.
