Materials
Billed at cost + 20% markup to cover procurement, transport, and wastage.
Consumables
Gas, filler metals, and general consumables billed at cost + 15% loading.
Confined Spaces
Restricted areas not designed for continuous occupation with potential atmospheric hazards. (e.g. tanks, sumps, utility pits).
Working at Heights
Any task where a fall could cause injury, requiring harnesses, scaffolding, or elevated platforms (EWP).
